Christopher Rose defines his work as being primarily concerned with the destruction of traditional narratives, structure and form preferring instead experimental methods and approaches. The resulting work is highly challenging and often deeply personal. Methods of dissemination employed include print, projection, computer screen savers and digital video. He is the co-author of COLD METAL theory and its sequel On Scarecrow Wings.
